My first time purchasing D'Addario strings at the recommendation by my brother which I must admit was a good call. The strings were nicely sealed and packaged to preserve their life upon my receiving of them. When I first played with the strings I expected there to be a lot of low-end tone without any cleaner tones but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only do these strings capture the low-end with a significant amount of bite, They have a crisp and clear sounding part to them which makes it 100 times easier to solo with them (when your feeling adventurous that is). I can foresee myself using these strings frequently in the future.
