I've tried that with several opaque colors and unfortunately, no, not with opaque colors. However, the only known opaque color I've mixed and glow successfully, is White! I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the pigment being lighter which allows the glow to stand out more. Now, if the color/effect of the clay you want to mix is translucent/transparent, then yeah, it will glow, but it will glow green like the original glowing clay and not colors like pink, blue or yellow. ...maybe yellow is obtainable through some experimenting?
