Review: Freshly washed linens - I bought some Turkish linen towels. Watched a video about caring for cotton linens and they recommended using this instead of name brand detergents and dryer sheets. This leaves a lovely long lasting scent on our towels and the towels come out of the wash and dryer very nice. It is a bit pricey but you only use a 1/4 cup per wash.

I bought some Turkish linen towels. Watched a video about caring for cotton linens and they recommended using this instead of name brand detergents and dryer sheets. This leaves a lovely long lasting scent on our towels and the towels come out of the wash and dryer very nice. It is a bit pricey but you only use a 1/4 cup per wash.

I got this because we recently purchased a linen duvet. It works wonderfully on linen, even getting out stains where my dog incessantly licks her feet My husband and I love the scent so I’ve been washing our towels as well as our sheets with it We’ll probably indulge in the larger size container when I finish this one. It makes beautiful suds (don’t use more than about 2 TB’s if you have soft water) and makes the house smell fantastic!! My husband says the scent reminds him of how his Granny’s laundry would smell coming off the wash line. It does not smell like old lady perfume to us, as others have said, but very soft and nostalgic. I bought the small sample sizes to try first before purchasing because of the vast differences of opinions on the scent. I realize that scents are a very subjective thing, but I recommend it whole heartedly!!
