Review: Very Useful, Good Value - I’ve never used one of these before so I don’t have anything to compare it with, that being said for the price this seems like a really nice unit. I’m using it to measure the amount of water flow through my portable 8000-grain water softener, and it works great and feels decently well built. It has a handful of useful features, including the two most important features for me, which are: it keeps memory of total gallons between battery changes, and it automatically turns on when it detects water flowing (I know that I’d forget to press the on button half the time, thankfully not required!). I haven’t done any detailed accuracy tests, but it seems quite accurate, and is certainly good enough for my needs. It states that it’s accurate within +- 5%
Review: Does what it is designed to do! - I've always wanted to track the amount of water I'm putting into my rv. Not just the fresh tank, but the 5 or so gallons I like to put into my black tank before using it. Prevents piling. This little device finally enabled that and made it easier than filling a bucket and pouring it into the toilet, or sitting there counting the minutes and seconds trying to determine how much was going in thru the pressure regulator. Our pressure where we live varies. So far, it has been reliable, accurate, was easy to connect, and appears to be well made. They even gave me a plastic 'coin' to open it and install the battery that they supplied. It doesn't leak and is easy to operate AND read. It even shuts itself off after a period of time when it isn't being used. You know, like after you shut off the water but still leave the hose connected? 5 stars for me!

**Q: 1. Water meter is leaking.**
A: If filter washer is in place. If filter washer is clean and undamaged. Faucet connection is hand tight.

**Q: 2. Water meter does not count water flow.**
A: Stones or dirt block the flywheel. If so, clean the stones or dirt. The flywheel is damaged. Require us for a new replacement. The filter is clogged, if so, clean or replace the filter.

**Q: 3. Water meter does not count correctly.**
A: Water meter counting has ±5% tolerance. Here are tips to test the counting performance: Make sure the counting unit (liter/gallon) is correct. Must install a garden hose on the outlet and make sure the water flow is 0.6GPM (2.5LPM) at least.

**Q: 4. LCD screen does not display.**
A: Replace with a new CR2032 battery. Make sure the battery compartment is clean and battery is installed with correct direction. Tightly screw the battery cap.

**Q: Condensation on the screen.**
A: The fog disappears when the temperature rises, or leave it stand for a period of time. Air condenses inside the screen due to the temperature difference between inside and outside.

I’ve never used one of these before so I don’t have anything to compare it with, that being said for the price this seems like a really nice unit. I’m using it to measure the amount of water flow through my portable 8000-grain water softener, and it works great and feels decently well built. I've always wanted to track the amount of water I'm putting into my rv. Not just the fresh tank, but the 5 or so gallons I like to put into my black tank before using it. Prevents piling.
