Attaching it is a bit fiddly but not terribly so - just make sure you have access to the other side of the motherboard. Importantly, once it is in, it has no fan and it does a decent job cooling down a CPU. It works well with my i5-11600. I would not use it with something that emits a lot of heat, though. Review: Excellent - and allows me to cool my i8400 *passively* ... - Had to send back... does *not* allow a VGA card in the first slot of your PCIe slots - would probably allow a low profile wifi card but I couldn't be sure. CPU temps were over 70C at idle and shot into the 90s when under some load. Severely throttled! Covid was in full swing and I had a delay returning it ( couldn't return home for some time) The Seller (Extreme Hardware) was beyond rude when a return was sent and refused to refund. He was disrespectful and made baseless accusations against me. I tried to work with him but eventually had to resort to filing an A-Z Claim. Stay away from this product and buyer at all costs!
