The shower curtain hangs onto to larger end of the hook and the smaller end hangs onto the 'glider' (see the photo). The 'glider' sits within the Croydex type shower rail. (If in doubt about the appearance or qualities of a Croydex type rail look it up using a search engine.) If the rail is curved the inserted 'glider' will follow its path. **Q: Really stupid question but how do you get them into the rail** A: The upper hook goes through the hoop on the underneath of the glider that sits within the Croydex rail.
