**Q: Are you able to switch the siren off ?  I am concerned it disturb the neighbours !**
A: Yes, you are able to switch the siren off. There are three alarm mode for you to choose. You can customize in the app based on your need.
1) siren alarm mode: when movement is detected, only siren turn on to warn intruder.
2) light alarm mode: when movement is detected, only spotlight turn on to warn intruder.
3) siren and light alarm mode: when movement is detected, both siren and spotlight turn on to warn intruder.

**Q: Will this still opperate and record if you get a fault in your your internet and have to wait for engineers?**
A: Yes, it still record to the micro SD card, but it won't send you alert message and you can't view live video or playback history recordings since you don't have internet.

A: Hello, this camera supports 16GB~128GB micro SD card size. If you use SD card to storage data, then you DON'T need to pay cloud storage subscription fee.

A: That's a setting on your phone. It's normal if that's what you want it set to.

Mixed feelings about this camera. It is well built and looks sturdy. Takes a charge easily and the image is good quality. Instructions are limited, even on the app and not everything is particularly clear. Despite having a very strong Wifi signal the software has difficulty connecting with the camera. Power consumption is greater than suggested. Very impressed with customer service... They read my comment and got back to me. That is a rare quality in a company. They seem to take feedback seriously and so the camera is worth trying. It might suit your situation
