I actually cracked the protection screen for the case ring to take it off. But, I learned how to take it off in the process. You have to slide the bottom part off first, then push the top off little by little from the corners. Thank you seller....worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ohone *by J***S on 9 October 2025* Great items and great protection for ur phone and good price ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice but could do with better fitting instructions *by T***M on 3 May 2023* The case comes well packaged and includes some cleaning wipes to clean the phone before attaching the case. It looks good, is very tactile and has no impact on the operation of the phone. It will obviously protect from scratches and minor bumps but I have chosen not to perform a drop test (it’s not military grade armour plating after all). Having the additional back screen protector is a plus vs those with just a hole in the case. The fitting instructions are terrible. So, if you buy this case……fit the smaller section with the screen protector first being careful not to twist/flex the case as this could shatter the case’s screen protector. I found it best to place the end of the phone into to end of the case first (at an angle) gently slip the side with no buttons into place and then ease the side with the power buttons in last. Fit the other half (that has the hinge protector) next. This can slide on from the end as there are no lenses or buttons in the way. I chose not use either of the sticky strips (just left the fitted one covered) and so far have not had any problems. Tip - if your Z Flip starts up in safe mode after fitting the case it may be because the case is pressing on the volume button. Just ensure the end of the case is right up against the end of the phone and it should fix the problem.
