I've noticed complaints about the high gloss door - this is covered in a protective film, which needs to be removed, to reveal the true finish. The door is labelled as such (in German), so it is understandable that some don't realise this. I'd also add that it might be advisable to consider alternative ways of hanging the cupboard to the wall - something I had to do - German house walls are normally solid, so the provided hanging system will work well. Plasterboard, or dry-lined walls, as found in the UK, don't provide the same security. A proprietary system, as used for kitchen cabinets, is probably the best solution here. ### ⭐⭐⭐ but it's annoying that I've had to pay full price for something ... *by J***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2015* Arrived this morning with damage on the internal rear panel :-( I would contact the seller for a price refund/reduction but the only option Amazon give is for 'return or replace' - the damage isn't really sufficient to warrant the hassle of returning it, but it's annoying that I've had to pay full price for something which isn't 100%.The cabinet itself is a great size - just what we wanted. It's not exactly great quality though - only time will tell whether or not it proves to be sufficiently robust. The assembly instructions are in German, which isn't that helpful if you're a novice cabinet builder. Also, the instructions state clearly that the cabinet can only be attached to a solid wall - although they conveniently forget to mention this in the item description given above, so you're not aware of this restriction until you've spent your money! Of course if you have to attach it to a wall which isn't solid you're going to need much more substantial fittings than are supplied with the cabinet.I could do with another cabinet of similar size and style, but I'll probably look elsewhere - this one is just about OK, …but only just. ### ⭐⭐ Just okay. Low quality chipboard with a fragile plastic finish and a hardboard back.The best bit is the door which is MDF and a nice shiny finish. People who say that the door has marks have failed to see and remove the clear plastic film which protects it in transit. You would not notice the plastic film unless you were looking for it.There are no wall fixing screws supplied. I have plasterboard walls so I had to get special plasterboard fixings from my local hardware store.I bought 4 units. One unit had a different shaped handle supplied.Just okay.
