Most give amounts for one or two persons but quite a number are for four but with instructons for freezing and later using remaining portions, useful if one is expecting visitors and can get the cooking done in advance, There is plenty I am hoping to try including some lovely puds and cakes.

Am pleased with this book. Easy to use being ring bound it opens flat, divided into three main sections, Every day, Eat & Freeze, and Eat Out, In for something a little more special. Most of the ingredients are easilu obtainable, and most recipes use small number of ingredients and not too long to cook or prepare. Most give amounts for one or two persons but quite a number are for four but with instructons for freezing and later using remaining portions, useful if one is expecting visitors and can get the cooking done in advance, There is plenty I am hoping to try including some lovely puds and cakes.

I have just received this book and am really looking forward to making the dishes/cakes/desserts. They all look lovely, very appetizing and straightforward with easy-to-obtain ingredients. They will be recipes that will be on repeat.
