I use them in a Makita multi tool and they do the job as far as I'm concerned. They soon blunt if you're cutting brick but they still do the job. I cut out a hole for a double socket in tough bricks in a victorian house with just one. It was toast by the end but it did what it was supposed to do. I've done two repointing jobs and they were brilliant cutting out the old mortar. I use these for chasing block walls out for wiring and plumbing and they are like a hot knife through butter! So far I’ve chased out 10 sockets and 4 light switches with just the three blades and they are still going strong with very little sign of wear just yet.
