You can hose them off indoors or outdoors, however they will fade in under 6 months from the water & sun. He also miss the lawn in them, & they’re no worse for the wear. I buy my dad a new pair every 10-12 months; this is a very sturdy shoe for an average outdoorsman. **Q: do these slip on?** A: Not by design, however they are wide enough to just try it.
