Review: You get what you pay for! Quality. - An excellent umbrella! This is my second one,as I like to alternate colours. Extremely strong,a one button operation to open and close. Comes in a lovely case with the Royal Walk logo. Compact enough to fit in a bag. This umbrella is QUALITY. Well worth the money. Review: All in one good quality umbrella - Fantastic customer service. Mine got replaced under the 2-year warranty (bought in Feb 2024). I was in correspondence with Emma B. who was super nice and responsive. Replaced mine with the same colour within one week. The umbrella is of high quality with great features such as the double overlapping layer for wind resistance, the reflective strip and the automatic open and close button. It flipped inside out one super windy night, but managed to get it back in shape with no damage. It's weight is not very light but not too heavy, just enough for it to still be of high quality. I definitely got my money's worth especially with the English weather. ## Features - 👌INNOVATIVE VENTED DOUBLE CANOPY Umbrella – Our latest strong umbrella model has undergone a number of structural frame improvements within the past few months to make it more wind resilient. There are lighter weight brollys out there. It’s not so much the weight that may be the issue but your grip on the handle on a windy rainy day as it’s smooth and will slip out of hand easily ( just my opinion ) curved handle may be better? **Q: What kind of "wood" is the handle, please?** A: 100% handmade real wood handle, the wood is very strong and beautiful. Polished carefully with wood varnish for good fell when touched. **Q: Will this fit into a 32.5cm cubbyhole? My other umbrella has a spring so it does actually push down into a slightly shorter length.** A: Hello, The umbrellas is 33 cm long when folded. Thank you **Q: Hi I was given for a gift can I return it without my gifted knowing?** A: Phone Amazon... ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You get what you pay for!
