I bake a lot and make thousands of cookies every year. I use these in my chocolate chips cookies and also use it to dip different cookies. Just add a little coconut oil and melt slowly in the microwave. I also like that these aren’t as sweet as semi-sweet or milk chocolate. They have just the right amount of sweet. Great with some sea salt sprinkled on top of the cookies.
