A: Ours is approximately 8"X6"X3.5"  From what I see online there is a pocket version and a larger version available.

A: I don't know the exact dimensions., but I believe approximately 9 x 7.

It can be awkward for larger hands. I bought this without realizing the size and returned it to buy the only I really wanted (signature version, I think).

**Q: If one takes the chain off, will the lid open all the way with out causing any other issues?**
A: Taking the chain off will cause stress to the hinges, which might cause damage to the hinges.  Most likely not, but it is a risk.
