I was optimistic in the idea but skeptical that it would work so quickly and be so easy to use! I did a LOT of comparison shopping before deciding on these: let me tell you what I found.First of all, you get four cups with this set: two identical larger cups and two identical smaller cups. The idea is to use the same size cups simultaneously over symmetrical areas of the face. I haven't found myself to be that coordinated yet, but here's what I do: my main concern/area of need was between my eyes on my forehead. I've heard people refer to this as the 11s - the two lines you get in between your eyebrows from squinting. Well, I've been an avid squinter all my life. I live in Florida, the Sunshine State, so there's that aspect, and then my close-up vision has gotten bad so I squint to read small print up close. This has taken a toll on my forehead. I find that I can apply  Trader Joe's Vitamin Oil E, 4 Ounce  after the shower and then use one of the larger cups between my eyebrows, moving it gently up and across both sides of my forehead, kind of making a circular triangle, if you will.I kid you not - I did this two nights in a row, then took a day off, then did it another night ... maybe I've done it every other night for about 10 days now. I went for a run today and got out of the shower and I can't believe how smooth my forehead looks! These silicone cups are fantastic! The directions are really easy to follow, and this set is truly the best price-point out there. You want the clear silicone so you can make sure you're not capturing a wrinkle and/or giving yourself a hickie. You want to be able to see increased blood flow to the area and I'm not sure how you can gauge that when using a pink or purple-tinted cup.The soft scrubber is great for facewashing or even just facial massage. I honestly have no complaints with this set at all. As a first-time user, I'm thrilled. The company reached out after purchase just to make sure I was happy with the product. Shipping was quick and Prime. Packaging was great. If you're considering facial cupping, this is the way to go. It blows my mind that there are sets out there that cost upward of $60 - I'm not sure what those would do that this doesn't, other than you're paying for that company to advertise. Look here - no advertising, a great company with great customer service providing a great product at a great price. It looked like my blood circulation was improved which cleared out small blemishes and overall I had a healthy glow. It also seemed to have made my skin firmer and smoother. I will continue using it.
