It is a cute little instrument with a lovely, gentle sound; perfect for playing in hotel rooms and just everywhere. At the beginning, there was a little buzz on the highest string, but as soon as the guitar had been tuned correctly, it disappeared. The balance is not good, so it is best played using a strap to hold it on place securely. The instrument is easy and fun to play, and as it weighs almost nothing and can be carried in its little rucksack bag, you can really take it with you anywhere without any fuss. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good value for the money *by I***V on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 July 2018* I have owned this guitar for about 18 months now, and i am quite happy with it.I needed an instrument to get along during mountain trips and this is doing the job just fine. It is quite sturdy and still plays well after suffering through lots of abuse. I played it a few hours after getting the guitar drenched in a hail-storm, and it didn't mind.The sound is projected surprisingly well, it is definately not a full-size body, but it is louder than one would expect from the looks of it. The sound itself is on the tinny side, but this is not a huge drawback for me - i still have an instrument to play in the woods, even it sounds "banjo"-like.This is a great value for the money guitar, but then again, it is not an expensive instrument. Everything is made to get the job done. One such example would be the tuners - not very good looking indeed, but they do keep the guitar well in tune.A few points worth mentioning if you haven't played one already -- The guitar feels sturdy and well-built.- The action in the initial set up of mine was quite high, looking more suitable for nylon strings, than for the acoustic ones it comes equipped with.- The neck itself feels fat, compared to my other acoustics, again it seems to be closer to my classical guitar's neck in size.- The guitar is not well balanced (for obvious reasons) and tends to lean towards the headstock. Using a strap solves this issue. If you are playing seated, you could balance it in your lap, playing the the classical guitar position.As a final note - i enjoy playing this guitar. It is not a perfect instrument, but being inexpensive lets me take (and play) it virtually anywhere and it has stood the test of the elements so far. If you are looking for an unpretentious full-size neck guitar to take along with you virtually anywhere, this guitar can serve you well. If you are going for a higher end instrument i would recomment checking other price ranges ;) ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars think thrice *by V***4 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2013* a little warning... the action is awful. the neck warps very quickly making the action even worse. when the neck has warped even a little, it becomes unplayable passed the 4th fret - it just sounds terrible. If you still intend on buying one, I would suggest switching to nylon strings straight away, this may extend it's life. don't get me wrong, I loved mine, but after maybe 18/24 months, useless. now, this may not happen to them all. But me and my friend both bought one, and they both suffered the same fate on very similar timelines. I gave it 3 stars because it is a nice little piece of kit, for a while. I would like to hear if this has happened to anyone else, in case maybe we were simply unlucky.
