Great product, very well packaged. Best delivery service ever, Panther, they gave me a two hour slot on the day of my choice and rang half hour before arrival. The two guys delivered it to the exact spot I needed it and were super nice.A second person to aid assembly makes it easier to put together as a couple of parts are awkward to hold and fix at the same time, but otherwise very straight forward, took me and the wife about 30 mins to unpack and assemble.Have now used it twice and found it to be very sturdy, I am 6' 3" tall and heavier than I should be, seat adjustment is great and much better than my previous upright bike. My wife and son are both 5 ' 7" tall and were able to adjust the seat comfortably for their use, my wife who has back and hip issues has also found this to be better than previous upright bike.Good range of programmes, depending on your fitness levels, my legs are still recovering from the simulated hills of the advanced programme, not to be tried first unless a regular cyclist. Both manual and beginner levels very good also. Overall five stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and product *by L***G on 12 December 2020* I ordered this bike on 31 October. Sweatband contacted me by telephone within a couple of days to inform me that, as I live in the Channel Islands, delivery could take up to 3 weeks. Sweatband kept me informed of progress throughout by telephone/e-mail; it only took two weeks, arriving in the Channel Islands on 14 November - excellent. After paying local taxes, a local company delivered it to my house and even carried it into the room I wanted it in. Putting the bike together was a little complicated at first, but I managed it alone (I suggest placing it on a piece of carpet, which makes it easier to move around as you work).I contacted Sweatband by e-mail at 10pm, to ask whether it was safe to use an extension for the plug, as my wall plug is too far away. There was a reply in my Inbox by the next morning to say, while it would be better plugged directly into the wall, and extension would be fine if needed.The bike works perfectly with the extension and I have been using it ever since. It is virtually silent whilst working and the seat and seat back are very, very comfortable (I am 75, with a bad back!) The programmes are good too (I use Beginners 4). The pulse rate is a little erratic, but I plan to get a Chest Heart Rate Monitor anyway, so no problem..I am absolutely delighted with this exercise bike product and cannot fault the service I received from Sweatband -it was outstanding. Well done!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality ... but *by B***S on 4 October 2021* Assembly took me almost two hours and wasn't as straightforward as I would have liked.
