Not crunchy and waterproof
i bought the single one of these and not be surprised if it looks too big trust me it isnt but it does fit nicely with the duvet. The most important thing though is that it is waterproof and isnt crunchy ie with a good duvet cover you would never notice that its got a waterproof cover on so very distreet and doesnt make that plastic sheet sound.

Very good, waterproof
I was a bit unsure due to the reviews which say it’s not waterproof, but I’m not sure what happened with theirs as ours is completely waterproof. It’s not crinkly or noisy, it’s like a thick fabric (no plastic backing), so it doesn’t get hot like some other waterproof bedding. We needed this for an adult with urine incontinence so you can imagine the amount of liquid it has to contend with - the duvet underneath is completely dry every time. After a while I imagine it will need replacing due to the amount it is used and washed, but that’s to be expected, nothing lasts forever. Really pleased with it.

Water Resistant Duvet protector
I didnt really like this duvet protector it certainly was water resistant which is very good. It fitted well on the duvet. But it was too noisy and moved about a lot, hence taken one star off. If your child is a child that doesn’t move around in the bed a lot it probably be much better, But unfortunately my grandson moved around a lot and the duvet protector does the same 😂 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Short term waterproof
I was very happy with the cover as it protected the inner duvet from getting wet on spillage and accident.I did wash it each occasion.I found today that a spillage went right through to the duvet itself. I can only conclude that the cover loses its water proof/resistance after a few washes.

A sieve for your quilt
Absolutely useless. Bought one as a back up for the more expensive one I have, I thought it just wouldn't last long but it didn't work at all. First 'accident' (pretty sure he's doing it out of spite) by our kitten & the quilt was sodden. Zero water resistant properties. Not worth the risk of it being cheap, it is just a waste of money & plastic.

YES! IT WORKS!
Sometimes when you read reviews it can be off putting. Like I saw someone say they experienced leakage and I almost never brought these. I'm very happy I did. I have multiple children (Three of which are under 5)...and I can't tell you have sick I was getting of having to wash duvets and then attempt to reshape them and dey them to re do the beds by bedtime! Have you ever washed a duvet cover everyday of the week?...you know my pain. These work wonders! Quick and easy to put in the wash, they dry so quickly too! And we have had them for almost two months and not one spillage on any of the duvets! The price for the less work load is worth it! Cons: if your child has a lighter duvet (less than 10 tog) then it may slip around in there...pro for this con: this can be fixed by using safety pins at the top and bottom but that's a personal decision on how you feel about your child sleeping with safety pins in their bed. It does work though. I saw a comment and ordered the clips just in case. For the first 2 weeks I never used it. I wasnt comfortable with the possibility of a child getting poked. Then it started driving the kids (and me) mad that the duvet kept bunching up. So while they were busy in another room I put the safety clips on (sometimes it's best they don't know these things are there-keep temptation and curiosity at a minimum). Anyway, the clips work, my children have to be rescued by me or my husband multiple times for their crazy sleeping positions so I can vouch that if they end up twisted up in their duvets, upside down, head hanging of the bed (how they do this is beyond me)...the clips have not yet come off and injured anyone. Definitely waterproof and definitely worth the money!
