The pads are a true description as stated on the package. The outer lining will not stick to wounds. I use it as a secondary dressing for a small venous ulcer appear near my ankle. Great value for money. Each one is individually wrapped so they're ideal if you need to pop one in your bag to take with you to change while you're out or at work etc... these are 10cmx10cm. Always make sure you go bigger than the surface area of the wound you are covering because you don't want to aggravate the border/edge of a healing wound-give it space to heal. Nice and soft, decent thickness which adds protection if the wound is particularly sensitive or deep.
