**Q: To use this, do you squeeze and release or squeeze and lightly pull?**
A: You should only squeeze & release, this will do the tick just fine. Please don’t squeeze & pull, you could end up pulling eyelashes out.

**Q: Does this hurt when pressing down on ur lashes with it?,it looks like it would hurt cuz of the metal**
A: It doesn't hurt anymore than a regular eye lash curler but it takes more precise placement and use than a regular curler.  I also find that it doesn't give as good of a curl as a regular lash curler

**Q: How is this different from the other model?**
A: It can be more precise and you can get the outer corners eye lashes so much easier. I love mine :)

**Q: Saw this used in a YouTube video. How is it?**
A: I absolutely love mine...there definitely is a learning curve . Once you master it , VIOLA you will end up with perfectly lifted corner lashes
