So much so that it is just dripping, not a flow, no obstructions...?** A: Yes I had to remove a part on mine and then try again, sorry I cant remember which part, also you may have coffee grounds stuck and so it is working slowly, undo all little pieces remembering where they go clean out any small grounds. Play around with it you will get it to work. If my memory serves me right I had to remove part of the tube and then reattach the nozzle leaving a pert of the tube unused **Q: Does this replacement hose fit the Aussie health co 2L stainless steel enema bucket?** A: Yes it does the buckets are the same **Q: Is it latex free?** A: Hello. Yes, the entire hose assembly is latex free. Regards, Broderick **Q: Backflow. One picture shows it set up for water to go through the black then white piece. Another picture shows the opposite. Which is correct?** A: Hi, the black half of the valve must face the side closest to the tip/exit. We have recently become aware of the incorrect product photo and are working to update it immediately.
