Like others there have been problems with delivery and would recommend you do not choose manufacturer packaging but desertcart boxed to hide contents. Mine arrived several days late with the drill missing and package damaged. Despite 5Ah batteries supplied it comes with a slower 12/18v 4A charger which is not a bad thing as slower charging means longer battery life. As others have noticed given that it is a multi-battery system the battery does move a little side-to-side if that bothers you just add a little blue-tack or silicone to either side of the black retaining flange. Worth getting a smaller battery. The driver having used it is a beast, goes through everything. The drill is okay, no complaints so far. Twin speed. But i bought this to replace my broken old 3 speed for use every day on site. It’s the 5.0 ah X-R edition (xtreme runtime) so battery lasts a long time in use and the 5.0 ah actually makes it more powerful (tried it with a 3 ah and doesn’t give the same drilling power).
