**Q: Does this need to be clamped or bolted to the floor or is it a self-supporting structure?**
A: Hi, it is a self supporting structure and does not need to be clamped or bolted to the floor

**Q: Would the padding/frame hold out  against being left outside in the rain etc? have no room inside the house**
A: Not directly in the rain. The padding is good quality but it would definitely tarnish under poor weather

**Q: Is it possible to practise front/back levers on this?**
A: I don't see why not - but I guess it depends on the length of your reach as your back may or may not hit the back support.

**Q: I never recieved any bolts  or screws with my order, is it meant to come with them? If not what type of bolts and screws do I need to buy?**
A: Mine came with all bolts n screws 

I bought additional bolts from the shop nice shiny silver ones
