Review: Not as sturdy as the small version - Having ordered and being thoroughly impressed with the small version of ACI's humidity dome, I opted to spend on their larger model expecting the same. This was not the case. The bottom base and inserts are of the same excellent quality of the smaller model although that's where the similarities end. The top dome portion of the set is of flexible flimsy plastic unlike the hard clear shell of the smaller variant. The smaller version also had separate side walls for different heights. In some drawing this appears to have the same although it is not the case, it's a single flimsy piece of plastic. The high price is definitely not worth the quality you'd expect from AC Infinity. I'd highly recommend the smaller version of this and it's price.

Having ordered and being thoroughly impressed with the small version of ACI's humidity dome, I opted to spend on their larger model expecting the same. This was not the case. The bottom base and inserts are of the same excellent quality of the smaller model although that's where the similarities end. The top dome portion of the set is of flexible flimsy plastic unlike the hard clear shell of the smaller variant. The smaller version also had separate side walls for different heights. In some drawing this appears to have the same although it is not the case, it's a single flimsy piece of plastic. The high price is definitely not worth the quality you'd expect from AC Infinity. I'd highly recommend the smaller version of this and it's price.
