Arrived on time from Amazon, washed it and used straightaway. Easy to assemble and very easy to use. I put three whole apples, three pears and a piece of ginger through the machine without any effort from the machine and the storage jug is perfect to keep juice in the fridge. I had a similar juicer years ago and it came with a tool to unscrew the blade disc for washing but this one just lifts out with the rest of the parts you have to wash so that's a bonus for me.
