It is not difficult, but you need to be careful and make sure you have everything in place and you have checked everything for gas leaks with some water and dish-soap in a spray bottle. If you see bubbles coming from a coupling, you have a gas leak & need to turn off the gas bottle & tighten everything up & try pressurizing the system again. The burner has to be adjusted to burn clean, by adjusting the oxygen intake. The air/fuel mixture. It outputs an enormous amount of heat & will quickly heat up the metal inside. It has a small footprint, with a lot of possibilities for creating almost anything in metal. BE SAFE with this forge, it will burn you severely in only a moment or two.
