It does not do anything. It is thick and rich, has the most awful smell of strong and lasting cheap perfume. Also when you put it on it leaves blotchy doughy patch of cream which you can rub off the face . It can ireate the skin . I don't want to even rate this product one star. Oh and lastly it is not worth the wait... it takes over a month for delivery. I did worry we don't really know what is really used as ingredients for this product. The smell is so bad you cannot sleep or during the day manage it. Sorry seller, I am not being mean. Saving others from wasting their time. Also hope you improve your product.
