Using a hair dryer on high, I heated it up for about two minutes - was able to lift the mount off the adhesive, then rolled the adhesive off the surface. They came with additional 3M sticky pads and metal pieces to affix to multiple devices. So happy I ordered more. Like all mounts attached with a sticky pad, there is a slight amount of movements when touching the screen but it really is minimal. My iPhone 6 has never fallen off this mount and I drive for a living.
