I had a really bad bruise from gym on my leg and this stopped it from getting blue and the mark was much less noticeable and went quicker! Don’t think it helps with pain though but does make bruises look much better. I bruise easily and they look awful and stay for a long time so I use this as soon as I see one and apply about 3/4 times a day for a few days then a couple of time a day for a couple of weeks and it does help a lot. Smells nice to me - minty and medicinal almost!
