Help please. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective skin cleanser. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 February 2022* I thought I would give clinisan a try having read the good reviews, unfortunately it’s not a hit for me.I’m a bed-bound lady in my 40’s, and have been using Nikaqua cleansers (& antibac) which is great, and Tena cleansing cream, again brilliant & has a lovely scent,in between being able to shower, however I fancied a change.I find the can really difficult to use, to operate it requires you to invert the can, place 2 fingers, one each side of the nozzle and with equal pressure depress it, which for someone who has limited mobility is almost impossible. My carers can use it, unfortunately I can’t, it affects my independence & makes me further reliant on others for day to day life.The foam comes out quite quickly and takes a second or 2 to expand, it feels very cold on the skin, which may be a bonus for hot weather, but usually if someone is requiring a product like this, then their temperature control is affected & their skin is sensitive, both are issues for me.
