**Q: Will clamp fit a 14 mm shaft?**
A: Yes it should I'm using a 13 mm shaft. With room still left..

**Q: why does 10-minute cement need to dry overnight?**
A: I’ve found that letting it dry overnight seems to secure the cue tip more securely. I tried letting it dry for ten minutes but the tip came off the first time the pool cue fell to the floor.
