This grip tape is amazing and provides the perfect grip for my workouts. The first time I used it, I set personal records for both muscle-ups and weighted pull-ups in the same session. I used to rely on chalk, but I've now switched to using this tape whenever I can. Chalk tends to dry out my hands and increases the chance of tearing my skin, whereas this tape avoids that issue entirely.It’s also great for ensuring consistent pull-up and muscle-up widths, helping me maintain the same grip width during every set. Another big plus is that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue when removed, and I've been able to reapply it multiple times before it starts to wear out.My only critique is that I wish it were a bit wider, which would make application and removal faster and easier.
