If you have to have stabilizers, and anything 2u and up, you do, you can do a lot worse. These come pre-clipped, saving a few moments with flush cutters. They come with thin film stickers to put under the housings, saving time trimming up band-aids. Their tolerances are tight enough that a thin coat of dielectric is all you need to keep the wires from rattling in them, saving the trimming and tweezer work of a holey mod. They even come with little rubber bumper stickers that if you manage to get them lined up, will ensure that even if the wire is a little warped, it won't rattle on the PCB. All great things that go a long way toward eliminated the hassle and irritation that you would otherwise battle in tuning the sound of a keyboard. You still need to bring your own lube for the slider and housing and your own grease for the wire for maximum smoothness and protection from rattle. The one thing that concerns me is that the translucent plastic is obviously more brittle than the opaque stabs I've used in the past. It's the nature of thin, rigid translucent plastics. I don't think it will result in failure for the life of the board now that they're installed, but it does make them feel less sturdy and it makes snapping the wire in place feel like you have only one or two tries before the clip will break. If you can, I'd recommend favoring simple opaque plastic as it tends to be a little softer, and you're almost never going to see them anyway.
