It would run for about 10 mins. But over the 6 months that I have owned it. It lasts less and less on a full charge. Last time that I used it on a full charge, it died in less than 30 seconds. I would not buy it. **Q: Is the battery easily replaced?** A: You can purchase a replacement battery from Shark. I did. Just call the number that’s in the back of the booklet that comes with the vacuum. **Q: What is the voltage?** A: Hello Mirabelle C., We are happy to help you with your request. The battery voltage for the Shark ION™ W1 Cordless Handheld Vacuum (WV201) is 10.8 volts. We hope this information helps. Helpful Shark **Q: Can you leave the unit charging all the time or will this cause damage to the battery?** A: Yes you leave it on the charger after each use always charging. I found that answer as I was looking to ask that same question. Makes it convenient. Love it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Shark WANDVAC Cordless Hand Vac WV201BLBRN, Lightweight and Portable at 1.4 lbs. with Powerful Suction, Charging Dock, One-Touch Empty for Car & Home, Cove - US to UK Plug Adapter | UK Safety Standards | MyTravelPal® USA to UK Travel Adaptor With 10A Fuse | For America, Canada, Japan Appliances | Type A and Type B - US to UK Plug Adapter, VINTAR US to UK Travel Adapter With 10A Fuse, Adapter US to UK Suitable for America, Canada, Japan and More (Type A, B), 1 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/490452011-wandvac-cordless-hand-vac-lightweight-and-portable-at-1-4](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/490452011-wandvac-cordless-hand-vac-lightweight-and-portable-at-1-4) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
