Designed for durability and style, this dishwasher and microwave safe set includes dinner, salad, and pasta plates, making it perfect for everyday use or special occasions. Crafted in Germany, it offers a modern, textured aesthetic that appeals to design-conscious professionals seeking to impress at every meal. ## Description SET INCLUDES: 4 x Dinner Plates, 4 x Salad Plates, 4 x Pasta Bowls. The charm of the Manufacture Rock and Manufacture Rock Blanc collections comes from their slate look. The rough surface is deceptive as the items are actually made from premium porcelain – but no need to worry about using a knife as it won’t damage the porcelain. ## Features - Flat And Roomy: The dinner plates measure 10.5 in across, keeping a main course in a broad open field. The salad plates match that low profile at 8.5 in. Bowls widen to 9.25 in and take 14.5 oz. All twelve pieces are premium porcelain, dishwasher and microwave safe. - A Stage For Food: The deep color lifts a green vegetable or a pale sauce, so a plated dish carries across the table. The dinner plate holds a main, the salad plate a starter or dessert, and the bowl a pasta or grain. Rock Blanc gives the same shapes in white, and the Manufacture range adds crystal stemware to complete the look. - The Look Of Stone: The Manufacture collection grew out of a fascination with modern design and raw materials, and the Rock line renders it in deep matte black. The relief is rough and split, the way a block of slate breaks apart. Beneath it the porcelain is dense and durable, built to hold up under daily use. - The Modern Host: The Manufacture Rock dinnerware set works as a wedding gift for a couple furnishing a first kitchen, a housewarming for someone with a slate worktop, or a milestone birthday for a home that plates with care. - Two Centuries On: Villeroy & Boch has produced premium porcelain for more than 275 years and still holds it to the grade the house set at the founding. The Manufacture Rock service is finished in the collection's deep black slate look. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BGN56KRH | | Best Sellers Rank | #85,584 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #4,247 in Dinnerware | | Brand Name | Villeroy & Boch | | Collection Name | Manufacture Rock | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (79) | | Finish Types | Matte | | Included Components | 4 x Dinner Plates, 4 x Salad Plates, 4 x Pasta Bowls | | Item Highlight | Premium Porcelain, Made In Germany, Slate Look Relief, Knife Safe Surface, Plates And Bowls For Four, Wedding Registry | | Item Type Name | Dinnerware Set | | Item Weight | 13.6 pounds | | Manufacturer | Villeroy & Boch | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1042397053 | | Material Type | Porcelain | | Material Type Free | Plastic Free | | Model Number | 1042397053 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 12 | | Occasion | All Occasions, Everyday | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Dishwasher Safe | | Set Name | Manufacture Rock | | Shape | Round | | Unit Count | 12 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Villeroy & Boch - **Collection Name:** Manufacture Rock - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Porcelain - **Pattern:** Solid ## Images ![Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Matte Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51knCIoiTzL.jpg) ![Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Matte Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31HfDdWCO5L.jpg) ![Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Matte Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/316B9l6Cy1L.jpg) ![Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Matte Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41QAby3Tq5L.jpg) ![Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Matte Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Z66uP6SiL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 12-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4, Dinner Plates, Salad Plates & Pasta Bowls, Premium Porcelain, Made in Germany, Matte Black - Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock 4-Piece Elegant Bowl Set for Dips and Finger Food, Premium Porcelain, Dishwasher Safe - Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock Medium Soup/Rice Bowl, 10 oz, Premium Porcelain, Made in Germany, 5x5x2.5 in, Matte Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/490263493-villeroy-and-boch-manufacture-rock-12-piece-dinnerware-set-matte](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/490263493-villeroy-and-boch-manufacture-rock-12-piece-dinnerware-set-matte) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
