Arai and Shoei are the absolute best, most comfortable helmets IMO and the RF-SR is the most comfortable AND the best priced full-face premium helmet on the market right now. The linings in the latest Arai helmets aren't as padded and they move around too much for me. The padding in the RF-SR is near perfect. If you're thinking of spending less, you'll get a LOT less. Other brands feel like construction-site hard-hats compared to these. I bought another brand for grocery runs but I never use it. It doesn't feel anywhere near as good. When you put on a Shoei helmet, it just feels premium. You may agree that your head is worth the investment. (BTW, this helmet is every bit as good as my RF1400 and over $200 less expensive...)
