Airing it out would help. **Q: I usually sit in the bulkhead seat on airplanes so have to put any carry-on in the overhead -- would this be good for carry-on and purse?** A: I flew last week with my bag. I had my wallet, medicine, book, reading glasses, sun glasses and paperwork in it and it was great. I put mine under the seat in front of me without issue.
