I’ve seen people saying they have been sent a pack of 6L with 15 days left on them!!** A: Obviously it depends upon the batch, but I have always received packs with long dates on them. Plus, with UHT, there is generally a fair bit of leeway with use by dates. **Q: Has anyone tried and compared Bonsoy to alpro professional? If so which is better and why?** A: Yes I have . Bonsoy has a nuttier taste which compliments the coffee also if you froth/steam bonsoy its froth/foam is a lot smoother and more velvety . Alpro taste very industrial in my opinion , **Q: Why is this advertised as non organic, the bonsoy website only lists organic product, is this not genuine bonsoy as is much cheaper than others?** A: Bonsoy is a soy milk expertly made using filtered water, organic whole soybeans, tapioca syrup, job's tears (hato mugi), sea salt and calcium carbonate. However after discovering this product in a local coffee shop I am now hooked. It doesn't taste like inferior soy milk products, it has a lovely creamy taste and texture which compliments tea and coffee perfectly and stays fresh longer.
