This is a great product. It makes using the Sous Vide so much easier. It is tough and durable. It holds the temperature well, which is important for proper cooking. Killer product. Well designed, does exactly what it is designed to do, and works well with my Anova Nano 2.o cooker as well. Really happy with it and excited to use it more. I had issues with keeping sous vide bath warm enough in my large home pot, especially when cooking vegetables at a higher temp. I often needed to wrap everything with tin foil to try and isolate it enough to raise the temp. The silicone sleeve on this container is a game changer for higher-temp sous vide needs, and folds and stores easily inside when I throw it in my butler pantry.
