The whiting I found Has 12% ,I had to do it in 10min sessions over a few weeks cause it makes your teeth very sensitive if u keep it on 30min. These teeth are truly awful! They are big, make you talk with a lips, make your lips stick out and truly make you look like you should be eating hay in a paddock!! Also the adhesive that comes on the teeth gets stuck all around your teeth and even gets into any gaps between your teeth - despite following the instructions to the letter, i found myself with hard bits of plastic stuck all around my teeth which i then had to pick out with a toothpick and pliers!!!
