Many people have negative reviews because they don't deem the mailer to be sturdy enough. I agree that its on the more flimsy side as far as flats go, but the one thing these have going for themselves is that I'm right at the 1 ounce weight after I put a decal or 2 in it and a printed receipt... which allows me to send at a standard 1-stamp envelope rate, and not have a non-machineable fee since it can bend well. The reality is... if you are sending stickers or a decal, it doesn't matter that it's a little flimsy... no one is going to fold this thing in half for any reason. The stickers and decals should be just fine. I'd go as far as saying you could use these for trading cards as well as long as they're in one of the clear protective sleeves as extra protection.I haven't had any customer complaints. It's a great value, adhesion seems good, and nice size for many of my etsy decals.

I use these to ship EBay standard envelope items. I seem to have less rejects from the USPS using these envelopes.

These won't prevent bending during transit, super flimsy, and really not worth the cost at all.

I expected these to be a bit more rigid. They’re definitely better than a Manila mailer,But they are thin and not rigid

The lighter weight is fine for my greeting card side hustle and saves postage so I can add a few stickers to each order without it costing more to ship.

If you are in need of this type of envelope/mailer, then your search has ended. They are quality, utilizing thick cardboard and good seal. 5 stars!

Bought these for shipping but unfortunately need to return. As soon as I saw the size of the box I knew these weren't going to work and were going to be too thin. It would be like wrapping your item in a thin sheet of cardboard - it adds no protection to the item at all. 2 stars since it does state the gsm and if you don't need protection of any sort these might be a good, cheap solution. Just not for me.

Plus, the adhesive strip has just the right amount of grip. For what it's designed to be, it does very well.This mailer is 250gsm (grams per square meter) thick. That's flimsier than a cereal box. For comparison, a standard rigid mailer is closer to 400gsm.A few product description recommendations:1) The product title should not include the words "keep flat". This is untrue.2) Further, "our photo mailers could greatly preserve your art prints, photos,..." is misleading. Most people assume "preserve" to be a rigid mailer.Instead, highlight that this mailer is lightweight—perfect for situations that don't require a rigid mailer.
