Great Question. The Cheek Pillows are made to securely fit CPAP headgear straps that cover your cheeks, under your mandible, and in many cases, can also fit on forehead straps. Which is it?** A: You only get 2 cheek straps in the pack the lower face ones are actual only one neck strap that can be bought separately. I purchased both and do recommend as I now don't wake with marks on my face much more comfortable to wear but I did have to cut them a bit to fit as they seemed quiet long for me. **Q: Is there any likely allergens in these fleecy covers like latex or lycra** A: No, never had any problems with them, very comfortable and they save me from walking around with strap marks on my face.
