Review: I purchased these blinds specifically because they were advertised as compatible with Alexa, but that turned out to be completely false. After multiple attempts to connect them, I realized they do not work with Alexa at all. I reached out to desertcart customer support, but they were unable to help and directed me to contact the seller instead. Unfortunately, the seller never responded to my inquiries, leaving me with no support or resolution. To make matters worse, I paid to have the blinds installed, assuming they would function as promised. Now, I’m stuck with an expensive product that doesn’t work as advertised, and I have no way to return or fix the issue. This was a total waste of money. If you're looking for smart blinds that actually work with Alexa, stay far away from these! Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of customer service.
Review: I am pretty satisfied with this motored window blind. First of all, it's very easy to install with all the parts you need to install, even the screw driver that could replace remote battery. Secondly, the quilty of this whole blind is very good, could fit all newer build home style, the texture of the blind cloth is good as well. In addition, it's battery driven including with the 8 AA batteries inside which I prefer than rechargeable. Most importantly, the motor runs very smooth and sliently, the motor responses to the remote very rapid with barely delay. One drawback is that, this could not work with Google smart home directly unless you purchase another hub from this store, but still worth the purchase for the quality.
