Review: Good lamps with bright light. - These lamps are really good, easy to put together and provide a good light. The reason I purchased these lamps is that I have had two for the past 10years with only one problem is the flexible part that enables the lamp head to be moved to the angle you desire the plastic coil part has started to split. It still operates but douse does not look good. The old lamps are going to be used in my converted loft as the look douse not really matter and the lamps are still operable.

**Q: What is the cost of the replacement bulb for this lamp**
A: Dear Brenda,Thank you for your interest. The bulbs can be bought on Amazon, the cost of 1 is approximately £6.50.

**Q: which relacement bulbs do i need for a kenley natural daylight floor lamp???**
A: My Kenley has a specification printed next to the bulb: FML 27. (27 is the wattage.) That brought up plenty of examples on Amazon. However, I think - I am not sure - that some of the bulbs have four pins and some two. Obviously you have to get the right one for your Kenley. Th bulbs are easy enough to remove and check. Good luck. Buying bulbs is a pain in the neck.

**Q: Hi, is this lamp suitable for someone with macular degeneration?  Looking for a lamp for someone who's partially sighted.**
A: I brought this for my mother and myself who both have reduced vision and it's excellent. It doesn't seem to give out alot of light but is a daylight bulb so it's a clear light to see with. I had a lamp previously with 3 x halogen bulbs and this is by far much better . Hope this helps.

**Q: What type of screwdriver is required to remove the head of this lamp? regards, dr l macintyre**
A: I simply unscrewed one of the screws with a small Philip head screw driver, there are six such screws on the lamp, four in the bulb housing and two more on the collar, I only released one screw to find out what type of screws they were. Hope this answers your question.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fiddly to assemble.

This replaces a similar lamp from a different supplier that failed after quite a few years. The light level is very good, as before (same type of bulb). The only problem (so far) is assembly. Very fiddly. Might be easier with two people. And although the instructions caution against cross-threading of the various joints, it's hard to avoid this, since the screw threads themselves are not very well made.
