There are no electric parts in it, so water cannot create shortages. It is rated from -20°C to +70°C. If run in a conduit and it is rarely/occasionally exposed to water, I wouldn't worry at all. "Bend sensitive" would make the minimum bend radius to be about 15X the outside cable diameter (NOT to be confused with the diameter of the very tiny glass fiber inside the multi-layered construction found in this type of fiber optic cable). "Bend insensitive" has much to do with the interior construction layers of the fiber optic cable which then 'reinforces' the glass fiber to prevent damage in places where it is possibly tightly bent around corners or when pulling into conduit or through conduit fixtures.
