It's easy to install and while it takes a minute to get use to the keyboard cover, it's a must-have as it's saved my keyboard. The case has definitely protected my MacBook when it's slid to the floor. The image on the case looks exactly as picture. However, the dust plugs do not stay in the ports. The only one that has stayed in is the small round one for the audio port. The rest fell out when the MacBook was picked up.
