Review: They're really helping - After receiving a negative diagnosis with liver issues amongst others, I decided to give these a try. My results improved, and also they've helped me with going to the toilet daily instead of every 3 or 4 days. I don't like the fact that if I put them in my pill case, they split over time, but I guess leaving them in the casing is no biggy. I find them easy to swallow with a bit of toast or a pancake for example. They're good value for money and time will tell the overall effect for helping me remove the fat from my liver.
