Has anyone used women's 8.5?** A: I just bought these, put them on my Women’s size 8.5 Keen hiking shoes and walked 4 miles with no problem. I didn’t put on the strap. They stick out a bit around the top, more than other brands I’ve used. But they seemed to work just fine. **Q: How do i specify the size i need? no choices for sizes given when i tried to add it to my cart.** A: 1 size fits all **Q: How do you get the toe strap to work? The straps I received have to have the strap twisted in over for them to stick together. Might be sewn backwards** A: I thought mine were wrong also but after studying them for a moment made them work **Q: Can you run in these?** A: The real question should be "why would you want to run in slick, icy conditions". The term ice cleats is misleading in the sense that these are coils under the shoes which increase the friction between your shoe and the icy surface over which you are navigating...they are not cleats that bit into the ice.
