"Making a perfect cup of filter coffee is an art, that’s perfected over time" - South Indian Mothers! Instructions to Make Filter Coffee Maker Steel with Stainless Steel Coffee Filter for Home: Filter coffee is brewed using a coffee filter which has two cylinders. Top Cylinder contains Pin holes. The idea is for the ''decoction'' to drip down from the top cylinder, through the tiny pin holes into the bottom cylinder. How to make a perfect south Indian coffee with our coffee filter ☛ In the upper chamber place the coffee filter then lightly tamp the powder using the pressing disc. Leave the disc in place after tamping. The powder should not be tamped as hard as espresso grounds. Now place the upper chamber on the lower one and fill the upper chamber with boiling water. Cover the coffee with filter and let it brew for 15 to 20 min. While the decoction is brewing, heat milk to a boil on the stove. When the decoction is finished, pour 1 to 2 Tbsps. Of the decoction into the dabara with milk. now add sugar as per your desire. Pour the mixture back and forth between the dabara and tumbler, using high arcing motions to pour, until the coffee is cool enough to drink. Serve in the dabara, setting it in the tumbler.

With this one, you can make 8-10 cups very easily. It's so big. I never expected this superior quality, it's superb.
